Wet Clay Mold- Demonstration

Supplies Needed
  • Scrap plywood and 2x2's to build mold
  • Scrap clay
  • Pam - spray on frying grease
  • Arid - removes air from plaster and you can get from Hobby Lobby
  • Knife
  • Rolling Pin
  • Burlap
  • Plaster (store in bucket with plastic lid)
  • Scoop for plaster
  • Bowl for mixing plaster
  • Card Stock/news paper
  • Plastic sacks to store clay/molds

This technique allows for a mold to be built for any object of choice. Above is a "crab" and, also, some twigs from a crab apple tree.
